• Contract runs from August 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 and 2019
• Planning sessions:  August 1 – August 8
• First day of classes: August 9
• October 8 to 17 Break for students
• October 13 to 17 Break for Teachers
• Christmas Holidays: December 15 - January 14
• January 15, Teachers come back to school
• January 16, classes resume
• March 24  to April 1 – Semana Santa
• Last day of classes: June 15, 2017
• Last day of  Remedials and school June 29th, 2017
• About 12 religious or national holidays, usually Mondays.
• One week off in either March or April for Semana Santa

Schedule for Teachers

• Regular schedule: 7:10 a.m. to 3:10 p.m.
• Mondays until 5:00 p.m. for faculty meetings.
• One day a week extra-help before school starts.
• All teachers have two class periods off one day a week for errands out of campus.
